Catering

My best friends daughter was married recently and I was the wedding coordinator.  We used Catering by Seasons as our caterers....(You may also look under LaPrima Catering, but Seasons is their special events moniker).

To say they were a total dream is an understatement!

Like everyone, we were trying to keep to a particular budget, which was a little difficult to meet.  But, Seasons worked and worked with us to keep prices down to help us be on budget.

Let me state something with total clarity.  First, their prices are right on target and competitive.  We felt they were reasonable, yet we had a small budget.  Although we had to make some adjustments on a few things, Seasons did NOT sacrifice integrity or professionalism to make it happen.  The Matre'd, chef, bartender, servers, and Captain were impeccable!  We had to go with a simpler menu than we had started with, but it made absolutely no difference in presentation and taste.  Our guests RAVED about the food.

Suffice it to say the reception was a complete success and working with Catering by Seasons was such a breeze.  They arrived and set up, we made a few changes to the lay out (no problem) then stood back and let them do their job.  They were unbelievable!  Set up and take down was lightening fast and nothing was missed.

Thank you Dina, Stephanie, Marco and everyone (unfortunately, I do not have the rest of the staff's member's names) for your amazing work, and I'll say again, especially your integrity and professionalism.  These are two things I hold in very, very high regard and find sorely lacking these days.

Catering by Seasons is a company you will want to work with.

Re: Catering

  • That is great that you had so much success with your caterer, but I suggest moving this over to your local board (over there to the left <-------) because this is an international board and many brides may not really care about a great caterer in Pennsylvania when they live and are getting married in California.

  • sniff...sniff.

    anyone else smell a vendor?

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Indeed
  • Normal people don't create an account simply to give a glowing recommendation to a vendor.

    Reported.
