I am looking for any recommendations for a Las Vegas destination wedding.  I don't want a chapel that looks like a funeral home.  I am also looking to have reception at a restaurant.

I've been to Vegas once in my life so I can't make any recommendations other than say that the Mandalay Bay hotel on the strip was AMAZING.

I think it might be best for you to visit the local board for Nevada. You may be able to get more recommendations there

I agree - I think we did have a handful of ladies doing Vegas but I'm not sure if they are still around....

I've stayed at the Palazzo, Trump, Hard Rock, Aria, Encore and Bellagio -- I think we've booked them all off either Priceline or Hotels.com with really good prices. I can give a review of any of those if you wanted. 

I'm guessing local Nevada girls would have more ideas about the wedding stuff there. I've only ever been for fun

It is a little bit outside of town, but it looked so beautiful, and they had a variety of venue types ('beach', outdoor courtyard, indoor, etc.) HTH!

Hi ladies Im a Vegas bride. We are getting married at the Flamingo hotel garden gazebo and our reception is at Maggianos. Mandalay Bay platinum chapel is gorgeous and highly recommended :-)

I live in Vegas, but not getting married in Vegas. Depending on your budget the Wynn has a beautiful wedding area! And I can highly recommend Maggiano's or my cousin had her dinner at Buca di Beppo. Also, there is a place WAY off the strip called The Grove. I have been to two weddings there. It doesn't look like the typical Vegas, there is grass and trees.
