Alright ladies - I was in offsite sessions all week and have finally caught up on my real work.
I ran - ONCE - this week. It's supposed to be 50s this weekend so hopefully I'll get at least one more run in. But I've been slacking - mostly due to the changed schedule for all these offsite things an also because I just wasn't feeling it. I need to get back on track NOW
