Sunset wedding

I am in the final stages of planning my sunset summer wedding. It will take place late summer 8/24/13 and the outdoor ceremony will take place beginning around 7:30pm. I am currently trying to finagle the biggest bag for my buck as far as the reception menu. What do you think of an appetizer and dessert reception ?

If your ceremony is beginning at 7:30 I think your reception will be late enough that would work just fine! I happen to love the appetizers and dessert of a meal usually more than the entree. Just make sure you have a good selection and variety for all your guests. And even though it's a little later than "meal time" I would make sure you have plenty of food! Many of your guests will have either eaten a very early dinner or might have skipped dinner completely because they were getting ready, driving to the ceremony, etc. Good luck and congratulations!!!
