Maneeley's

I recently got engaged and have started venue shopping. So far FI and I really like Maneeley's but we've never been to a wedding there or know of anyone who has and I was wondering if anyone on here has been to a wedding there or is using them? Any opinions/reviews? TIA :)

    I went to a wedding there last summer. The wedding was in the back building, that looks like a lodge. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside was awesome and can be decorated to your taste. The food was good and there was a nice patio outside, with an extra bar, that was nice for the guests that smoked, or just wanted to be outside. I think I remember there being music piped out to the patio, which I liked because you felt like you weren't missing that much while being outside relaxing. Hope this helps!

    I've attended quite a few events at Maneely's. Most recently New Years Eve 2012 and a wedding in the lodge in April of last year. Their food is very very good!! I've never had a bad meal there. I've heard they are great to work with also. Good luck!

    I went to a wedding in the lodge in sept and it was really nice and food was good as well. and my fiance was in a weddig that was there in the ballroom and hes a guy and just said "idk its whatever. its pretty big. their private bridal suite was pretty cool" lol

    Kim, My FI and I just looked at the lodge yesterday and LOVED it. The Lodge is more rustic with the exposed beams, but still comfortable and classy. I'm a high school teacher and we've had our proms in the ballroom, the food is amazing. Yesterday when we visited the woman (sandy) we met with was great. Very informative from the get go and easy to talk with. Everything is customizable on the menu and the pricing is hard to beat in the central CT area. So fr its our front runner.

    my friend had her wedding there in the main room it was amazing the food was good staff everything top notch
