Dessert/Cocktail Reception Only Venue Help

Hi All-

We're looking to have a cocktail and dessert reception only, and I'm having difficulty finding a venue. Most venues either have set packages and won't sway from them, have designated vendors who can't accommodate what we want, are super expensive or too small of a venue.

We'll likely have about 100-150 guests. We don't want a sit-down style reception. Just tall cocktail tables for guests with drinks, a dessert only appetizer-style type selection to eat, and dancing.

We don't want to spend a fortune - trying to keep it within a few thousand dollars for rentals, food, drinks.

Any advice?

Thank you in advance!
LS

We attended a similar style reception at Cranberry Highlands Golf Course in October.  The layout was perfect for her 120 guests.  She eight cocktail tables and eight regular tables.
