I am an engaged lady!
My (now) fiance proposed to me on Wednesday! I haven't had time to breathe since then, but now I can finally post!
My FI and I had plans to go to "a movie" on wednesday afternoon when he called me and said he would be wearing a suit and to dress up. I did, and one of our friends came to drive us (?) which was when I was more suspicious. We go downtown, and when we get out of the car, he says "I have a great date planned, but I would like it to be our first date as an engaged couple. Will you marry me?" I said of course, and our friend had been video taping it all. Then we went out for a long evening he had planned, which he had reserved a spot for drinks and appetizers, then at another place for pizza (my favorite food), then we went to celebrate again at a bar before he surprised me with tickets to A Midsummer Night's Dream. I am a huge Shakespeare fan, and that meant alot to me. After that, we meet up with more friends for more celebratory drinks, and our friends drove us home
