I have found a ceremony and reception site that I LOVE, but I am concerned becuase it comes with nothing but tables and chairs - which we are expected to set up and break down.  I figure I can hire a coordinator to oversee all this and the coordination of all contractors for the day, but am afraid costs will add up very quickly.  To help cut costs, we are planning a dessert reception, possible cocktail hour if costs allow.  
Any recommendations to help this go smoothly?  
Does anyone know of a company that would take care of everything (food, flowers, etc) or is this simply the job of a coordinator?
