Sometimes I have a lot of trouble sleeping (it seems to be happening more frequently as the wedding approaches). I feel like crap if I get any less than like 7 hours. I'm really afraid of not being able to sleep the night before the wedding and thus being cranky and feeling like crap on wedding day. Some people have offered to give me a sleeping pill to help me sleep. I don't take sleeping pills now, so I'm a little afraid that it may not work or that I may have some kind of reaction to it.
I'm not sure what to do? Does anyone know of any natural ways to help fall asleep. I have tried some herbal teas in the past, and it seems like they help a little but that could be in my head.
I just don't want to be really sleep deprived on wedding day
