Place cards-help please

I bought tent place cards from party city they are 4x4 unfolded and I can't find a template to use so I can print on them. Anybody have one or know where I can find that?

    I got the same cards but didn't even bother looking for a template. 

    What I did is bought pretty colored paper from Hobby Lobby and printed names/table #s  onto the paper.  Then I used a small paper cutter (also from Hobby Lobby and only cost about $4) to cut the names out and used a glue stick to attatch them to the cards.  I also got a cutout puncher that was flower shaped and glued the flower cutouts on the corner of each one.  They ended up so much prettier and more unique than if I used a template! :)

    oh cute idea! these ones have the pearl box on them too, think it'll still look ok?

    I also bought pretty flowers from Michaels to glue to the corners, some pink some black :)
