Bride with a Fever

Soo... I'm married!  Saturday was beautiful.  However, wednesday night I started to get a little scratch in my throat.  Ugh.  By Thursday night, it was so painful, i popped some meds and went to bed around 9.  Friday,  I woke up early to get my nails done w/ my mom SIL and sis.  I was sick, but just a little sratchy.  Friday night was the rehearsal dinner.  It was at a brewery and I was so excited.  Except that by then, I was so sniffly, I couldn't drink any beer or anything.  I had all these hopes to spend the night chatting and drinking w/ mom SIL and sis... but, instead, I went to sleep right after the party and they did the drinking for me in the suite I rented for the night.   Bright and early on saturday, the hairstylist showed up and I was in a full-blown cold.  The day was spent drinking Emergen-C and OJ and taking cold meds.  I was hoarse by the time the church came around and carried tissues all night at the reception.  I was too cold to go take photos by the beach.  And by 11pm, I had a fever!  The party ended at 1, and we spent our first night as Mr. & Mrs. with me shivering under 4 blankets.   Very romantic. Sunday, we had the brunch and I had tissues.  We went to a mountain mansion resort for the night.  I was a mess.  Monday, I woke up with a cold sore.  la la la... just lovely.

BUT, all that said, I loved my wedding.  No one knew I was sick.  And it didn't get bad until the end of the night.   So far as I can tell there aren't MANY pics that include me blowing my nose.
