Need recommendations for hair accessories other than Charming Charlie's or Claire's. Is there any place in Metairie that has nice affordable hair accessories? What are you doing for hair accessories if not wearing a veil?

I've seen a vendor in the market that does fasinators(sp)...not sure if they are there all the time since Im from OOT but they were really pretty...
