Sha'on and the Girls with Success

Has anyone been to a wedding where Sha'on and the Girls with Success were the band?  I am very interested in hiring them, and they sound great online but would love a first hand review.

    I saw them perform once.  Sorry but even though they sounded alright, I found the music a bit dated and there were so many pauses between songs.  There's so much good music here in New Orleans, it shouldn't be hard to find a good replacement.

    Totally disagree with the above.  I went to a wedding and we did NOTHING but dance.  They played some of the old favorites at the beginning of the wedding and progressed into some more modern stuff, even some line dances, rap, etc.  We had a blast with them and would highly recommend.

    Possible to have a good and bad experience with the same vendor.  Guess the same can be said of any vendor.
