Does anyone have any experience with any of the following vendors:

• Phat Hat Band (from Baton Rouge)
  
• Weddings By Sue (Sue Rudiger from Beth's Flowers)
  
• Balloon Creations (event decor)

I don't have any personal experience with the above vendors. However, a friend of mine got a job as an event planner for Sue and she is very reliable.
