Hey all! I am looking for photo/video. I have had several offers all within and around my budget ($2000) but none have won me over. I am seeking someone who thinks out of the box and does more than just the standard side by side pictures. Thanks in advance!!!

My venue is in Lodi, NJ if that helps any.

Is that $2,000 for both?

I don't mean to be discouraging, but at that price, you'll find some people who do capable jobs.  Vendors who are more creative, etc., will always charge more because they can as their talent and experience warrant it.

I have looked at studio-one,  alan kaplan, memorymakers, & several others. Mostly emails back and forth. I am becoming accustomed to the fact that I may have to get a seperate photogragher and videographer due to the fact if I see a company who is great at one thing, they tend to be just ok in the other field.

Its actually $3000 for both, and being that I am a bribe who is not big on getting albums or the vendors doing all the editing, I have found good deals with whatever vendor I have spoken to. Your words are not discouraging because where there is a will there is a way.

Hi! I'm totally loving your way of looking at things - its so true - when there's a will there's a way Good luck in finding your perfect vendors!!!

Throughout my search of vendors i did realize that the professionals that have been around and have gotten an amazing reputation have increased their prices (and rightfully so!) I think the key is to find talented individuals that are willing to work with you and your budget - hope this helps!
