    You should include your last names.  The only time that the bride's last name isn't included is if her parents are listed and she has the same last name.  If you go by ex-H's last name, that is your name, and it really does need to be on the invitations.  I mean, you use that name in every other part of your life daily, so it shouldn't really be that big of a deal to use.

    OP - Why the DD??  To summarize for those that missed it, you didn't want to include your last name on the invites because you still use your ex's.  

    I agree with Libby, you must be using it in your day to day life with no problems, why the issue with the invitations?  It doesn't make sense.
