Okay, so I wasn't sure where exactly to place this topic... so if I need to move the question, just let me know and I'll do so.
Anyway...
My fiancé and I are moving to Seattle, Washington August 2013 for his job... but will be flying back to Houston, Texas for our wedding on May 25, 2014 (I'm SO excited!). One question that keeps coming up between us is this: Where do we go to get our marriage license? Do we talk to Washington State government, or do we need to have a Texas Certificate, since we'll be having our ceremony there?
I haven't been able to find anyone who knows what to do about this
