If you are making hotel packets/bags for OOT guests and want to include maps and a guide, check out Visit Pittsburgh. I'm getting 25 of them for free and while I haven't seen them yet, I had them ship a sample to my mother and she loved them. I'm picking mine up Friday! The will ship to you if you live OOT as well, but there is a charge for that.
