Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Bahamas

Reviews for either location?  I did some lurking, and the reviews seem to be mixed on Sandals Resorts.  So, I'm hoping for more opinions, either on these two locations or Sandals in general.

If we pick Sandals, we definitely plan on getting the butler service.  Also does anyone know if the "65% off" special is truly a sale or is that always advertised?

My dh and I have been to the Sandals Royal Bahamian twice.  We really enjoyed it.  There are 7 restaurants I believe so you have a lot of variety to eat.  The beach is nice and there are a bunch of pools and hot tubs around the property.  They have a private island that you can take a boat over to and have lunch and/or lay on the beach.  The service is good too.  We would definitely go back.  As for the sales, I feel they have those on and off.

We are booked at Sandals Royal Bahamiam. We bought during one of the sale periods too.We are heading down there in 14 days ekkk. I've read that if you can afford to get the butler service that it's worth it.

I've been to Sandals Ocho Rios and the Royal Bahamian.  Sandals does a nice job with customer service, the wait staff, bar staff, and other staff members are very friendly and helpful.  The rooms were clean, the food was great.  The property-buildings, etc.-seemed a little 'tired'.  In need of a deep cleaning and/or a coat of paint in both places.  Also, towels at the pools always seemed to be in short supply.  Grab a handful and try to get some chairs early, or you could be stuck without one.  Overall, a good vacation value for the money in some of the most beautiful places on Earth.
