    My guess is that at times, your body will start thinking 'WHOA, we are working out a lot and not eating a ton of calories' so it starts holding on to whatever you eat. At some point, it will reallize that this is the new normal, and will relinquish said extra calories. I don't think you're losing muscle at this point, unless you had been doing a bunch of strength training that I don't remember and switched to all cardio.
