He showed up, on time, sober, and dressed appropriately and figured out his hotel room situation all by himself.  He came without a random date.  He tried to make a small stink at the rehearsal b/c he wasn't walking me down, (he knew about that for over a year) and b/c FIL is a deacon and performed the ceremony, FIL basically said to my dad: you sit there in that pew.  My dad followed orders.  That was the only part I witnessed.  Everything else he supposedly (and most likely) did, I only heard second or thirdhand and well after the reception and HM, so if I didn't see it, it didn't happen.  People really shielded me from any possible drama.  It was nice.

Fabulous. Just goes to show how much focus the actual day ends up having only on the two of you really. People worry about all these "what if" scenarios leading up to the event and the couple is so happy they wouldn't notice even if it did happen. I love it!

Also, it was you who lost like 30 or 40 lbs right? Must have felt great ! You totally rocked the dress. I'm trying to lose 20 more by October for a total of 40. You are inspiration!

it's true, you do worry about what ifs and you are so wrapped up with lovey dovey and stuff that you don't notice a bunch.  i won't say it was unwarranted, but, i was really grateful that i wasn't a witness to shennanigans. i even missed out on one of my BMs making out with H's friend on the dance floor.  H told me the next day.  ahahahahahah

yes, 30!  i didn't kill myself doing it.  20 lbs by october?!  You can totally do that!!!! 

i won't mention what i gained on the HM... ahahah

Did the BM catch the bouquet??? Would be fun if your wedding started the next one. For my first wedding, I somehow missed a bunch of my family members dancing to Thriller...basically choreographed like the music video, only they didn't practice it, they just grew up in the 80s and people joined in. I saw it on the video later. It was amazing.  I am so glad for hiring a videographer this time... for sure. 

I'm down 20 from Christmas. I'm in a bit of a rut right now but working myself back up to do more. I think I'll be good. 

What happens on the honeymoon can be worked off when you get back to eating normally!

thanks again!  no i handed it to his brother's gf.  ahahahahah.  i am a stinker.  she took it well.  his little sister was ready to make a dive for it.  we both hope that he proposes soon. everyone in the family loves her. 

i love when people do the thriller dance unrehearsed.  i warms my soul.
