Last 10 lbs

Hi ladies! I need some tips!

First, I'm not looking for any magical weight-loss trick/pill/fairy. I definitely recognize weight loss takes diet, exercise, and time. At my heaviest, I was about 180 lbs, and over the last few years, I've managed to lose and keep off 40lbs (woohoo)!

The issue: for the life of me, I cannot seem to lose the last 10 lbs. I exercise (cardio and lifting) a few times a week and eat rather healthy. What I'm doing is maintaining my current weight, but not making me lose anything. I know I could do something drastic and lose the weight fast, but I want to keep it off for good. I am on MFP and track what I eat, so I was wondering if you ladies have any other suggestions for getting that last little bit of weight off!
