falling off the diet wagon

I was doing so good. I lost 15lbs so far, and I only had a goal of 25lbs in no specific time period. But in the last few days I have had little to no appetite control. I ran a half marathon on Sunday and I swear I've never eaten so much in the past two days in my life. Ugh. Someone tell me that I'll get this undercontrol soon and not do too much damage. My mom will be here a month and a half to go shopping for my dress!

    You got this! You just ran a half marathon! That is great! I assume your body wants extra fuel. Count these last couple of days as skip days or recovery days and start back with whatever meal plan you were working with. I hear the last 10 are hard, I am still trying to achieve that! Maybe switch up your exercise routine. If you've been running a lot, try some HIIT, weights, zumba, etc. To mix it up a little!
