Getting in Shape

I just actually found a way to tighten, tone and firm in as little as 45 minutes!!

There have been so many parties and engagements since getting engaged, and with the warm weather approaching I was looking for a way to jumpstart my fitness regime! I came across the It Works! wrap, I thought for 30 dollars it was worth a try. Sure enough, it actually worked! My results were so amazing I decided I had to share it with everyone! It can be so hard to shrink the spots you really need it, and what do we need more with a strapless dress is beautiful arms?!? Or perhaps toned thighs with no cellulite on the honeymoon is what you're after... with proper diet and exercise the results last 2-6 months! Check out www.facebook.com/wraptoloseinches9 for before and afters, and https://wraptoloseinches.myitworks.com for more information and to order!

  • Oh snap!!!

This is totally what I need! That's it ladies - sign me up. Been nice chatting with you all, but this first time poster (who CERTAINLY can't be a vendor, since that's against TOS) has solved ALL my problems ...

I ate a cheeseburger today.  So with a wrap I won't gain any weight or get any of the bad stuff like cholesterol build up? Oh, it doesn't help with internal health?  Weird, because working out does.

Vendors are dumb.  So are wraps.

I happen to LOVE wraps. I make mine with hummus...

  • Hm, kw, you bring up the wrap vs sandwich bread/roll debate.  I am more of a hoagie roll/sandwich bread girl than a wrap girl.

H did great, though he wanted to beat his old time by a bit more than he did.  I will post pics this week when we do aw-day! :) Thanks for asking!

  • Awesome! An easy way to get rid of that pesky fat I have from eating delicious fried chicken! Which I had for dinner tonight. Wait, maybe I should just stop eating fried chicken.....hmmm......

Lobsters - glad your H did well in his race!
  • Everything @xcalygrl said - if you were to lurk on this board for even a day you could have figured this out on your own.

  • I'm not only getting prepared for my wedding, I'm preparing for the rest of my life. By eating better and doing more exercise, it will help me live a longer life with my future H.

Quick fixes like wraps don't last long term.
