Hey Knotties,

We've decided to go with caesars for ceremony and reception!  Given the large guest list (100+) and families request to not have to travel far on the stip between the ceremony and reception it made the most sense.  My question is about reception decor.  How difficult is to bring your own decoration (candles, flowers etc)?  Do most people find a florist in vegas?  Did you bring any extras with you (guest book, favors etc) As great at Caesars is, the floral prices could be painful for ballroom decor...

    I am bringing my own favors, welcome bags, candles and holders and other decor items for reception. I am going to fly Southwest so these items will take up a suitcase which will be fine since bags are free. Lol. As for flowers, I hired The Palette and Pam is fabulous. She is loaning me these large 3 ft tall vases. I am not sure if Caesars allow outside vendors so check with your coordinator.
