Matching stationary is hard to find!

I am planning my wedding and I really think that the most difficult part is finding stationary I love!  That sounds crazy but its true.  I really want to set a tone for the wedding from the beginning and I want everything to match (from save the date and shower invitations to a wedding suite and reception signage).  Any recommendations??

STDs don't have to match the rest of the wedding stationary.  And you should have no input on the shower invitations as you should not be planning your own.  But I do think its nice to have the same stationary for the wedding invitation and program.

If you visit Etsy you will see at least a dozen stationery designers who would custom design any papers/suite you wanted. 

We've been talking to "Invite Couture" from "PaperWeLove"   She's going to do a custom map/guest information page and revamp one of her designs to be in our colors with our motif (seahorses.)  It's going to be about $10 per guest, not including shipping, just so you have an idea of cost. 

You could get similar effect by DIY with stationery on www.zazzle.com.  That site also has number designs and many designs offer you the option of a complete set where you can have matching programs, matching thank yous, matching stamps, matching menus, matching table numbers.   These would probably run you about half of having a designer work with you, but you're also getting just flat, digital printing.   If you want raised print, you will pay more.

Another option we looked into was David's Bridal Invitations, who again come as a la carte pieces, where you can build a set.  If you need something they don't have, you can try to fashion it by just changing the text to what you envision.

I found a girl on etsy who did all of mine for me. She is an amazing artist who worked very closely with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She is not only really great, but was really affordable and willing to work with my budget, which I really appreciated. Her name is Rachel and she has an etsy shop called Quirkreation (etsy.com/shop/quirkreation). I cannot recommend her more highly! Even if you don't see exactly what you're looking for, just message her and see if she can work with you. Hope this helps!

Any of the major invitation book companies should have the whole suite for you.
