pig roast/bbq ideas???

we are gettimg married at the end of october at penn scenic view (near 7 springs/hidden valley, donegal, somerset) we have about 175 guests and would really like to do a pig roast or something similiar - bbq. i havent had much luck finding caterers. anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? also, it needs to be fairly inexpensive - we are on a very tight budget. thanks in advance!

ive heard great things about Pittsburgh BBQ company's food, and they have catering that looks reasonable. im not sure how far their delivery radius is, but its probably worth checking out, they do pig roasts too!

Pittsburgh BBQ mentioned by PP is owned by All the Best Catering, who did my wedding. They're awesome! H and I get their food frequently, it's crazy good.

Hello! I'm getting married there in May! There is a local bbq in Somerset that I have gotten food from before that was very good. I remember getting their prices for catering, I think it was really reasonable, but decided to go with nonbbq. I do not know anything about their catering other than that. It is JB's Roadhouse. ps. LOVE Penn scenic view! Such a great choice!

Hey Ladies!
 I know this post is a little old but I'm getting married at Penn Scenic next June.  We are using Have Smoke Will Travel.  It was very good when we tasted it a while back.  I have also had Pittsburgh BBQ Company for a work event, it was yummy as well.  What are any of you using for a rental company (ie chairs, linens and some high top tables?  Also I'm struggling with finding someone to marry us.  Any suggestions?
