Small Venues

Hi! My name is Amy and I recently got engaged.  This is the 2nd wedding for both of us and we would like something small...about 30 people.  We are looking to marry this summer.  I looked at Phipps Conservatory, the Broderie room.  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  TIA

Hi Amy, congratulations on your engagement!  Phipps is beautiful.

I also love the Frick for smaller weddings- they have a lot of different pretty options.

Welcome and congrats! We have a few ladies on here who are second-time brides.

I too love the Frick. Also, the North Lounge at Heinz Field holds a small number and is awesome with stadium and city views.

Good luck with your planning! :)
  • Hello,
Did you get married in the summer time at Phipps in the Broderie Room?  I am planning a second wedding as well. We are going to keep the ceremony small.  I got some dates from them spanning from July to December.  I am just curious as to what the room looked like color wise.  Gina, a coordinator said the summer was usually pink and purple; fall mums in orange and yellow; winter poinsetta red... This sounds very silly but I really want a wow factor and color!  Also, they mentioned that they have fans for summer weddings.. I just wondered if it was bearable in the heat?  Thanks for your response..
