So I feel like I got ALOT done this week. I made two trips to Pittsburgh, one on Sunday after the Bridal Show in Monroeville and another on Weds.
Between both of those trips I've semi-booked our site (theyre reserving the date for us but we have a week to get the $250 we need for our deposit.) Were going to have our reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Coraopolis. Ive gotten in contact with the church, hopefully they will perform the wedding even though Im not Catholic. Dad says it shouldnt be a problem (it was his childhood church) I also contacted the DJ/Limo service and got the price quote for them. 1200 for the DJ (5 hours), Uplighting, and Limo (all day)
I booked our photographer, Natalie. She is an old friend from here in Morgantown. She did our engagement pics and I love them. So Im excited to have her do our wedding. Its only going to be 500 for the whole day.
Anyway, Im looking to see if anyone has had a reception/been to a reception at the Crowne Plaza and if so what did you think of it.
The price is 1500 below what we budgeted so Im very happy with it from what I have seen so far.
