Me and my husband have to attend a birthday party for his goddaughter who is turning 2. Anyone have any suggestions for a gift?
We cannot get her clothes, because her mother is super particular in what the kids wear and would never put them in something unless she approved of it.
We got her some books for Christmas so we can't do that again.
She seems to have every toy known to man already.
For her first birthday we got her a gorgeous rocking sheep from Pottery Barn. To this day, I have no idea if she ever used it, or what happened to it. (We don't see them often and never saw her using it, nor received any information as to whether she liked it or anything. . . . we weren't able to make that party, and sent the gift with a friend.)
I'm looking to spend at most about $30-40 on her gift, and the same on my nephew, who turns 5 the next day. . . . trying to curtail our spending these days.
Any suggestions appreciated!
