Has anyone used Top Hat Tuxedo at the Pittsburgh Mills?

Hi there ~

  I'm venturing into the unknown - tuxes!!  I want a place close to my hometown where I'm getting married so it's easy for the groom/groomsmen to get their tuxes.  Most of them will be from OOT so I thought that would be best.

  Closest one is Top Hat Tuxedo at the Pittsburgh Mills.  Anyone use them and have any comments?

I can't speak for weddings, but I went with both of my brothers to get their tuxes from Top Hat for their proms. They never had any issues, and the people who work there are friendly.

Thanks for the info.  I think it would be the easiest and most convenient place to get them.  It's just a lot of trust using a company with a name that isn't familiar like Men's Warehouse.

I would not recommend using them.  My wedding was 12/11/10 and 2 of the 4 tuxes were wrong.  I don't understand why they were not right since the all were measured for them.  My husband's pants had a hole in them and were too long when he tried them on.  They said to come in the next day to pick them up and they gave him the same pants.  VERY POOR SERVICE!

I used them for my August wedding. I put a deposit on MW when I was in early planning/bridal show mode, but my eyes popped out of my head when I went in to pick everything out. I took the quote to TH and they beat it and didn't charge for shoes/accessories. They were extremely nice!  They assured us that if there were any mistakes, they would be fixed quickly since their warehouse is in Aspinwall. We didn't run into any issues though.

Hmmm...so one good review and one bad.  Now I'm torn.  I'm wanting to use them because it would be so convenient but if they are bad...I don't want to regret it.
