Wedding Vows & Ceremony Discussions

looking for a non denomination chapel/church for wedding ceremony

I am getting married next august, 2014. I live in the akron/cleveland area and am having a very difficult time finding a church/chapel to have our wedding at. My fiance and myself are catholic, but due to divorce, we are unable to be married in the catholic church. I  have called just about every non denominational venue I could find and am having no luck. We could have the ceremony in the hall, but it is important to the both of us to have it in a place of faith. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the help.
Thank you!!!!!
Carolyn

We just finished our marriage-prep course through our church, with other couple's getting married this year. This was the exact situation of one of the couples we met. He had been divorced, and they couldn't get married in a Catholic church due to this. We're getting married in an Anglican church, & they said this was the only one that would marry them. Anglican and United churches are some what similar. I would check with both of these if you have no luck otherwise. Good luck to you and your FI! :)
