Seasons, Washington Township - UPSTAIRS ROOM REVIEW

Has anyone held their wedding reception in the Upstairs "Club Room" at Seasons in Washington Township, NJ? If so, please share your reviews and any advice you have. I know the food is excellent so I am not worried about that. We are hoping for June 2014 wedding. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! We haven't booked anything yet so still open to further suggestions for venues. We are looking to have 110-120 guests.

I liked how the ceiling changed colors through out the night I thought it was a nice touch without being cheesy! If I had the money I would have my wedding there again if it was up to me. but my second time around we are going alternate route! lmao! Good luck....people still rave about the food. You mentioned it's cheaper in winter months..do you know if they consider March Winter or does it end in Feb? Also when you say cheaper what price range are we looking at (since I know during wedding season I heard it's much more expensive.  I have about 150 guests myself...where you able to have it on a Saturday and also was the cocktail hour and reception space a nice comfortable size for your party?  Last question...is there a seprate ceremony room?

I went to a wedding in the upstairs room at the Seasons mid-April, and it was fantastic! The room did not feel too crowded, and I believe they had 140 guests. The cocktail hour was a little crowded, but the food and the attentive service made up for having to squeeze together. Everything was wonderful.

The dance was substantial and packed the whole night but there was more than enough room to really dance and not feel like you were dancing in a small circle, stepping side to side. Lmao! I didn't get married there but I believe you get married in the ball room, move into the cocktail hour room while they broke down and re- set up, but don't quote me on that part because like I said the ceremony was not at the seasons. Who are you meeting with?

LoL Stepping side to side with room is good.  To be honest I'm not sure who I'm meeting with.  A female answered the phone and just confirmed my time.

I met with moufid and he was the nicest ever! I forget the female's name I met with to finalize everything but she was great too! I just had a really good experience. If I had that type of money this time around I would do it all over again!

I'm getting married upstairs at Seasons too and love hearing good reviews! We booked with Carl and so far it's all been great! Do you have any advice/warnings about Seasons or is it really as perfect as everyone says it is? lol

the only issues I had was lighting the candle place card holders, they forgot to and said the place cards would have burned and I know they wouldn't have. And make sure you pick up everything that night even the florist stuff because they will throw it out. My florist had an issue but other than things were seamless. I know there was a bat mitzvah in the room we were in earlier in that day and we would have never known!
