FINALLY!!!!!!
It's been a long, bumpy road with this process but Mom loves it (she is purchasing the dress for me).. so we'll place the order! I found this dress at a salon in Virginia (couldn't find it in Pittsburgh), and my mom came down to DC over the weekend to see it on me. However, the manager at a Pittsburgh salon said she would order it in for me even though they don't carry it... so that was nice of her and will be convenient when it comes to alterations and transporting it back to my parents' house on the big day.
The dress is Mimi by Wtoo (Watters). The dress looks much different in person than it does on the Watters website. Below are 2 pics of brides who wore this dress for their wedding:
