Justice of the Peace

I was wondering what the average price of a JP is. I started to inquire and have only received pricing from one and I thought it might be a bit high. We are getting married at Atkinson CC so I need one who has the necessary approvals for NH.

    We paid $150 for our JP to perform our ceremony.  I believe Massachusetts caps the amount of money a JP can charge for the ceremony itself at $150.  Not sure what the rules are in NH, but you may try posting on the NH board also, if you haven't already.
