Officiant Help?!

I'm getting married in San Diego on July 5. A friend who was ordained online was going to officiate, but must back out due to personal circumstances. Now we need a new officiant on some what short notice. Does anyone have any recommendations? About our ceremony: we are not religious, so want a none religious ceremony. We also support gay marriage, and while this doesn't need to be explicitly stated, we'd like someone who shares this belief. Budget is a bit of a concern; would like someone's services for less than $300, but we have some wiggle room. Thank you for your help!

San Diego has a "Deputy Marriage Commissioner for a Day" Program where a person will have the ability to perform the ceremony and sign the marriage license for that one particular day. Info about the program is in the link below.

We are using Rev Christopher Tuttle for our upcoming wedding in August. When we met with him it was like he was an old family friend, easy going and with the right mixture of humor and religion for what we were looking for.

 Not sure about his stance on marriage equality but his website boasts" As a Wedding Chaplain, he is able to serve couples; whatever their faiths, beliefs and even non-beliefs", so I think he's pro-marriage on all fronts.

I'm using Rev Tuttle too! He is amazing. I know he's hard to get though, we booked him a year in advance!
