I am getting married in September though we are having trouble picking a date and venue since we waited so long to start planning. I recently looked into using UCO as my venue (it's gorgeous and I get a discounted price since I'm alumni). All Saturday dates are booked so I'm looking at Sundays. I would like to do a late afternoon (a relative of mine has agreed to officiate the wedding but he is pastor of a church in Arkansas so I'd like to give him some travel time). I was wondering if anyone else had done a Sunday wedding or if anyone had any ideas? If so, what time? What food? And how did it go overall?
