what to do about my tattoos??

Re: what to do about my tattoos??

  • Most have already answered, but I would also suggest Dermablend. You can get it at Ulta or Dillards and they will match your shade and show you how to apply it to cover you tattoos. The makeup covers Zombie boy. If it can cover him, it can cover anything. :P

I've also used it on mine for  work, so I would highly suggest it.
  • Same problem here! I have come across dresses that cover one or two of my three tattoos but not them all. I've found a dress that I like but I'm afraid putting makeup on it will rub off on my dress.

I was also fairly young when I got the tattoos and unfortunately, I won't have time to have the most obtrusive ones removed before the wedding. I simply feel that this is a formal event and I would like to have them covered. Plus, since having them removed is on my radar, I don't want to look back at wedding photos and think, "Oh, my goodness..."
  • I have a large back tattoo that i actually chose a dress that showcases it.
Like most people have said on here, its part of you and this day is about you and your husband to be. Do what makes YOU TWO happy!

That being said, if you really feel the need to cover, try speaking to a professional makeup artist, possibly one who airbrushes and ask what they advise.

Also, modest (sleeves and covered back) dresses have been back in style. I think they are a beautiful way to cover up.
