Weight Watchers recipe builder?

edited May 2013 in Getting in Shape
Can someone help me?  I'm not a WW member anymore but I'm doing it on my own and I cannot figure out how to convert this recipe into points plus values.  Does anyone out there have a membership and can plug it in for me and let me know?  It's a quick (and delicious) one for homemade chocolate ice cream (http://trainsandtutus.com/easy-chocolate-homemade-ice-cream/).  There's no real number of servings/serving size but I'd love to know how many points plus a half cup is.  Thank you!!

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip (fat free)
1/2 gallon chocolate milk (fat free)

1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk = 3 pts
I don't know how big the can is, so I am just going off the serving size.

8 oz cool whip fat free = 9pts
It said the serving size was 2tbps = zero pts.  I changed it from TBSP to oz which is where the 9 pts came from.

Fat Free Choc Milk = 7pts

I went to my WW site to figure that out.

  • Thanks.  When I calculated all the ingredients the whole batch came out to 62 points total.  But if I add 9 points for Cool Whip then it's 71 total.  I just don't know how to break it down into serving sizes so I can measure what to eat.  Any way to figure out what a half cup is on the WW website?  Thanks!!
