We've been having a hard time justifying $700 plus for a DJ as we're not entirely sure that will go with the feel of our wedding. We're trying to keep with a fairly casual, vintage feel and I'm not sure a DJ will really fit into that as our reception will be afternoon to evening. Any thoughts there?
If we do go with a band (assuming they aren't already booked for our date) we'd like something laid back and easy to dance to. If anyone is familiar we are thinking the sounds of the SWMich band "Four Spacious Guys" or similar. They play a lot of country and oldies that are easy to just sit and listen to or sway back and forth to on a dance floor
Any help or suggestions would be MUCH appreciated!
