Needed: Recommendation for a western suburb of chicago bakery to make a Cake Pop Wedding Cake needed

I would be so appreciate if someone could help me!
I really want to have a 5 tier wedding cake made out of cake pops.  I don't want the sticks to show, and am really looking for it to look like the picture below.  However, I am finding NO BAKERY that will do it.  I need 375 total cake pops and only need about 250 in the cake.  Does anyone have any suggestions for where to go to find someone in the western chicago burbs who would be willing, able, and affordable?  Or, is this even possible? Also, I would love to know if you've tried it or seen it in person as opposed to only on pinterest
