Good morning ladies!  I was happy that it wasn't raining when I took the pups out this morning, but boy was it windy! 
Last night I went to a "Burlesque" class at Oh My Your Gorgeous in Mars.  It was sooo much freakin' fun! I can 't wait for the next one.

We are also reviewing the proofs for our invites.  I am hoping to get them confirmed in the next few days.  And our honeymoon should be wrapped up soon.  DFs Uncle works in the industry and is providing us our HM as a gift.  I am super excited.  We only have to pay for our airfare.  We will be going to PuntaCana.

Oh, and I will try to get some pics of my veil choices soon.  It may not be until after the weekend.  Tomorrow our oldest dog Lacie will be at the Vet getting her teeth cleaned and a chest x-ray.  Then on Saturday, we are having a birthday party for her.  (Ok, really it is just a party where everyone brings treats for the puppies, we get to eat & drink and Lacie gets a monster cheeseburger). lol

Good Morning All,

I had a rough end of the day/evening.

Late yesterday afternoon, I received my estimated bill, which was right on target (hooray!) for the wedding. I called my Mom to tell her. While she was talking to me, she got into an accident. She's fine, but has a big contusion on her chest fromt he seat belt. In my sister's words, "She just won't be able to do the Y on YMCA... other than that, she's fine!!" I obviously felt very guilty for calling and talking to her while she was driving. I was on the phone the entire time, so I heard her talking to her friend who was in the car and the other people involved. It was awful.

After I got confirmation that she was okay. I went to get a drink with a couple colleagues. Which was fine. After that, I went to go tanning, but the bed I was in would turn on for a second then turn off. Very annoying, i'd have to get dressed and go back out, tell them, come back, wait, lay down, get dressed, go out... ugh. So where this was supposed to take 10 minutes, it took 40.

After that, I was just not doing so great. I met FI and as I was eating dinner I just started bawling. Right in the middle of the freakin' restaurant. Poor FI was so confused. I was just a mess. A few things contributed- wedding stress; Mom stress, guilt and worry; a couple cocktails; and PMS. Not a great combo.

So, I got to bed around midnight, then at 2:00 I woke up with a horrible nervous feeling and it took me forever to go back to sleep. I finally said those dreadful words yesterday... "I wish we were eloping."

Today will be better! I got a Starbucks and I have work I MUST do. Sorry this is so long!!

jl - wow, how horrible.  Try not to feel guilty...accidents happen all the time, and you couldn't have known this would happen. And that's terrible you heard everything, I can't imagine.  I'm glad your mom's ok.  And after this stress wave passes you will be SO glad that you are having this wedding and not eloping.  Hope you have a better day!

janice - Burlesque class sounds interesting! Glad you had fun.

Hi ladies!

Well work has been kicking my butt ... I was hoping to have my reports filed today.. but my boss is "not comfortable" with ONE number, which I get from someone else, and since she's not in today.... it won't get filed.. and I have to come in on my day off tomorrow. sigh.

ive majorly put off any and all wedding related things the past two weeks.. and life related tasks so i badly need to get myself organized again!

janice - ooo burlesque class sounds fab! happy bday to lacie!

jl - dont forget to just breathe! Try not to feel guilty about the accident, i too can't imagine hearing everything since you were on the phone... thats seriously tramatic for you. i'm glad you had your "melt down".. i hope it made you feel a bit better and relieved some stress!

I've had a busy day so far and wasn't able to get on TK until now - nothing exciting for me again last night. I have a mani/pedi tonight so I'm excited about that then THE ROYAL WEDDING tonight!!! Wohoo! I'm so incredibly excited!!!! Hope everyone has a great day!

j  - Oh my goodness! So glad to hear your mom is ok and md is right - there is NO reason to feel guilty! Accidents do happen. Hope today is a better day!

Hi girls!

I am really late on here today... and I have been MIA for two days now .... sigh :-( 

So the past few days have been kinda crappy. My knee has gotten progressively worse each day. On Monday afternoon I saw a doctor and they wanted me to go to a specialist next week if it didn't get any better. Needless to say, over the past few days it got progressively worse, so I called the doctor and told her that it now feels 'wobbly', like I don't have much control or strenght in my leg. There are moments when I'm walking and it feels like it's going to give out on me :-( So they want me to go to an orthopedic doctor as soon as they can get me an appointment. I'll have to have an MRI for sure probably, and I dread the cost. They think it's something wrong with my MLC, which stinks. really bad.

Other than that, I've just been working like crazy and trying to get through things before the next close. A couple of people were let go from my office in the past few weeks, and I have been chosen to pick up some of their work.

Janice- So sorry I haven't been able to go running with you :-( I don't think its going to happen for a while now..... But I'm excited to hear about Puntaa Cana! That is so exciting! My favorite place in the caribbean!

Jl- I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I'm glad she is ok though, but I understand just breaking down. It's good to let your emotions out. I hope today was better for you.

Db- Oh that stinks. I'm sorry you have to go in tomorrow. Aurgh I hate it when they 'aren't comfortable' with something.

GMC- LOL, I think you meant to put Janice instead of Sari :-) I wish I was going to Puntaa Cana, but alas, I am not.  I am watching the wedding too tomorrow! I just wanna see what that dress looks like!
