I'm looking for an indoor venue in the Allentown/Bethlehem/ Easton (Lehigh Valley) area that allows outside caterers. I'd prefer the space to be indoors, fits at least 150 guests, and preferably has tables/chairs included. We'd like an outside caterer because I haven't been impressed by any of the overpriced, cookie-cutter wedding menus I've seen so far, and I'm looking to do a vegetarian wedding menu. Ideas welcome!
