On Friday, I hope everyone will post in accountability with how they did in regards to their goals for May...and let's really push ourselves for June!

    I probably wont participate for June since I'm going to miss like half the month for my wedding and honeymoon. I've fallen apart already for the tail end of May.

    I'll AW for sure. And I plan to be back at it for July since my first tri is mid July.

  • I haven't been able to join for the past few months because of wonky internet, but I'm hoping that will be resolved next week!!! (Yay for real internet and phone - coming to my home in early June!)

    I'll have to think up some kick-ass goals. Stay tuned.

  • This will be my first one - I'm looking forward to it!  

    Going to need it to get back on track after our weekend away this weekend.  It's always so hard to stay on track while I'm on vacation!
    We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!

  • I missed may too, can't believe it's June time! Crunch time. Two more challenge months til the wedding so I have to make em good!

  • I had a TERRIBLE May with meeting my goals - here's hoping June will be better!
  • I joined in this month.      I have a frozen right shoulder, add in moving here and working from home (unlimited access to the fridge) I've packed on some pounds the last 5 months.  Now that my shoulder is doing a little better I'm hoping to get back on track with eating better and exercise.  I figure this is good place to support.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated. 
  • I'm ready to step it up this month!  Need to practice getting my stride back and getting back into the swing of things!
