Can anyone tell me if they've had an experience using this as a venue? My fiance and I are getting married in Sept. '14 and are starting to look at places - our budget is small ($3000). If you used this location, how much did you spend on catering/tables/chairs/etc.? The venue itself is pretty inexpensive, but I'm not sure it will work if we have to pay for all this other stuff additionally. Also, I don't like the fact that you have to rearrange the furniture/move in everything for the wedding yourself....not my idea of a good time the day or so before we get married! Any advice is appreciated!!
