Scroll Wedding Program

My Fiance' and I are doing a Medieval, non traditional ceremony for our wedding. 

We are including several readings, songs, and instead of traditional vows we are including a Hand fasting(My being Pagan).  We thought we would do a program in the ideal of a Scroll with information printed, then rolled up and tied with a ribbon or leather strapping. 

However, With only having ONE piece of parchment(like paper) we're struggling with what is "NEEDED" on the program vs what is considered "extra". 

Any help would be VERY helpful as we are looking to do our paper order for invites and Programs and need to figure out how much we will need extra for programs.

Nothing is really NEEDED b/c programs themselves are not really needed. I think most people just list the people involved with the wedding, maybe the songs or readings. You could Google wedding program ideas/templates and see what works for you.

I LOVE the idea of the scroll program! My fiancee and I are getting married in a castle and wanted to do the scroll idea for the invites, but it was too expensive and tricky to mail, I didn't even think to use the scroll for the programs! I might steal your idea I have seen programs with only one page of wording, just list the people in the wedding, songs, etc like Addie said. That is what we are planning to do.

Our wedding is very Renaissance like and we wanted it to be incorporated. We are using a full sheet of a parchment color/style paper and putting all the information on it that we need. 

Feel free to use and steal as wanted :P

It's a nice idea.  You probably don't need anything beyond the names of the wedding party members and information about the handfasting custom, but it's really up to you beyond that.
