Good morning ladies!  I hope everyone is doing great!
We had our final planning meeting with our wedding planner last night.  I feel so much better.  I was feeling quite overwhelmed going into it, but I realized that everything is on track and Sumer is taking care of everything!!!  Our DJ, Andy Booth, was there as well.  He is so great to work with!
Today is my final fitting.  Tonight, one of my BMs is coming over to help assemble the escort cards.  They are all cut and the corks are shaved, but we have to glue the 2 cards (the white with their name/table name and the color frame that will indicate a guest's meal choice) together and sitck them in the cork.  If that goes smoothly, I am hoping to knock out a few other tasks.  My goal is to have everything done by the end of the day on Saturday, so we can relax on Sunday and enjoy next week.  Wish me luck!

Wow you're so close!! Glad things are going smoothly and that your meeting last night went well. Good luck getting everything else accomplished!

We just sent out our STDs and it kind of hit me, wow this is actually happening!!

morning guys! I went home for a wedding last weekend and that was...fun.  But it made me realize how little TONS of brides think about their guests.  this wedding had no meal option for vegetarians, the hall was set up in such a way that most guests couldnt hear the speeches/see the dances, etc.  But I'm really happy for my friend, and now I can freak out less about little details knowing that things still end up ok

No planning this week - I have job interviews next monday and need to focus on work.  But in 2 weeks I'll be in Pittsburgh doing cake and menu tastings and taking e-pics. I'm so excited!
