I'm working on the wording for my invitation inserts. Could you all give me some feedback on my response cards?

I think it looks fine to me if you can fit all of that on the card. My cards were almost identical, just with the "favor of your reply" line at the top and no dietary restrictions line (guests with allergies made sure to communicate that to us anyways).

 I think these look good. I would also add the number of guests attending line. I'm glad we did this, as some people wrote out their names, and not their guest's name, but added the '2 of 2 attending.' You should add something that allows them to verify whether or not they're bringing a guest, or if everyone invited on that invitation is able to attend. That way you know for sure your numbers are correct.

I'd say that you don't need another line because you already say to initial each meal choice, rather than just indicate with a check mark. For our rsvps everyone wrote both names on the M________ line, and then initialed their meal choice so there weren't any issues, but maybe I was just lucky.
