@stagemanger...I was only speaking from experience. Of course every case is different. I just wanted to put that possibility out there, thats all. Im not wrong in my case.

@stagemanager...actually stage it was much worse then OP situation. After the invite went out (sons bday) which was before the offense, before HR and before the trial....and yes...he showed up...and yes... the invite was an issue on all fronts.
