Return Address on Response Cards

I am including a return address on the response card envelopes but have had trouble finding the proper etiquette for who they are to be returned to. I live with my parents who are hosting and plan to use that address. Are my parents names listed? My name? FI and myself although he lives in another city? No name, simply an address? Thanks for your insight.

As you live with your parents and they are hosting, I recommend their name and address.
